CASHNet™ Communication Service Provider (CSP):

  • Listens for requests from the CASHNet SmartPay website, similar to a web server
  • Requests and responses are sent over TCP/IP using the HTTPS protocol.
  • Transforms XML requests into compatible data types and passes them onto native data retrieval logic subroutines and procedures
  • Converts the output data from the custom subroutines to compatible XML format
  • Sends response back to CASHNet SmartPay via HTTPS over TCP/IP
  • Infinitely configurable to support different billing methods (i.e. per invoice, per semester, per item, etc.)
