PSS Client Product Repository


All PSS Clients assigned their own private and secure Product repository for exchanging files and documents. To access your client portal, please enter your client code in the box and click submit. You will be redirected to the portal and be prompted for your username and password.

PSS Help Desk


PSS help desk is a response center for diagnosing and routing technical problems. Help desk staff provide support for all PSS Products & Services related issues. PSS will provide Support via PSS' Web based Ticket Tracking and Management System. PSS's response time is highly dependent upon communication devices available to PSS. The helpdesk serves as a primary interface between the technical support department and PSS clients. Its function is to record and respond to user requests for assistance with problems. The hours of operation are between the hours of 09:00am and 09:00pm Eastern Time, Mon - Fri.
